Allegiance Capital Limited Partnership is a private mezzanine venture capital fund, which invests in the subordinated debt and equity of privately held companies.

The structure of the partnership is that of a debenture Small Business Investment Company. As a Federally licensed SBIC, Allegiance is able to obtain capital through the U.S. Government to leverage its private capital. With the leverage and its private capital, Allegiance has in excess of $45 million to invest.
