W. Gary Dorsch - email
Prior to co-founding Allegiance Capital, Gary Dorsch spent 24 years with Bank of America,
and its predecessor banks, NationsBank and Maryland National Bank. His experience ranges
from assisting Fortune 500 companies, to advising middle-market companies with sales of
$10 million to $500 million. During his banking career Gary was responsible for various
banking divisions and managed several specialty groups including Health Care, Media and
Non Profit. Throughout his career Gary has been active in numerous civic and charitable
activities. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The College Savings Plan of Maryland. Gary is a 1974 graduate of Towson University and received his
MBA in Finance in 1981 from Loyola College in Baltimore.
Thomas Holland, Jr. - email
Tom Holland has 20 years of experience in venture capital, commercial
and investment banking. Prior to co-founding Allegiance Capital,
he spent 13 years in positions of increasing responsibility with
Bank of America Corporation (and its predecessor banks) providing
senior and subordinated debt to middle-market companies. During
1998 and 1999, Tom managed the mid-Atlantic activities of Bank of
America SBIC Corporation, where he focused on mezzanine financing.
Tom is currently active on the boards for various civic organizations
and private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics
from the University of Florida.
Daniel Yardley - email
Dan Yardley joined Allegiance Capital in November 2001. Prior to
joining Allegiance, Dan was an analyst with the Mergers & Acquisitions
division of Allegis Group. Dan has an undergraduate degree from
Mount St. Mary's College and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
